Enjoy a day in the scenic Central Coast
Wine Country, with 58 wineries and nearly 20,000 acres
of vineyards that span 50 miles of beautiful countryside.
Santa Barbara County is one of the youngest wine-producing
regions with some of the finest premium wines in the
world. As Conde Naste Traveler put it, the county's
wine producing region is a "soft land whose shoulders
are vine-velveted, oak dotted, and fog-flourished producing
the equal of any of the great winemaking regions in
the world."
Warm days, dry summers and cool nights create a favorable
environment for both the wine grapes and for visitors.
Indulge your taste buds on Santa Barbara winery tours
with a lively group and come away with knowledge that
you can apply on your own - either in your kitchen or
the next time you order a bottle of wine. Join us for
a food and wine weekend - enjoy food and wine pairing
classes, along with a variety of events put on by local
wineries. Call us at (800) 331-3779
Santa Maria Valley Wine Trail
Savor the tranquility and beauty of the Santa Maria
Valley and it's picturesque settings. Enjoy the sunny
days of summer and the crisp breeze of autumn that create
the perfect conditions for sensational, award winning
wines. One of the remarkable things about Santa Maria
Valley wines is the vintner's ability to produce
exceptional wine across a broad spectrum of styles.
From early ripening varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
and Sauvignon Blanc, to the later Cabernet Sauvignon
and Merlot, it is a region dominated by classic wines.

connoisseurs a bite-size look of the wine country in
all its splendor. Thirteen wineries, representing the
largest to the smallest in the region, are located along
one of the most beautiful roadways in California. This

wine-growing appellations - the Santa Ynez Valley and
the Santa Maria Valley. The trail may be enjoyed by
