My husband and I wanted to express to you the wonderful service we experienced. The accommodations, fine food and most of all the excellent service from all the employees we encountered. One employee went above and beyond to assist us. In a society that renders mediocre service as the norm, it was our pleasure to have experience such quality service from you staff.

We wanted to thank you and your staff for a wonderful 56th anniversary at your hotel. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite. We had a delicious dinner too and the buffet breakfast was a treat. We've spent several anniversaries with you, but this was the best!

After holding our wedding reception in the Garden Room Restaurant at the Santa Maria Inn, I can certainly see why you are so successful in the hospitality business…. From the wine tasting to getting the wrinkles out my gown to the lovely room set-up and keeping watch throughout the reception, your vigilance and generosity kept the party flowing smoothly and made us feel awfully special. I can't tell you how completely helpful it was to have you manage those important personal details. Because we could trust you to keep abreast of the changes and challenges, we were freed up to pay attention to the promises we were making to each other, to relax and have fun at our party and to reconnect with family and friends.
